1. hi Christian, I hope that lead machine is working good and in some days we understand candidate to customer will be working good too.
2. We understand you are super busy, as a founder trying to do lot of thing I totally relate to your problems
3. I remember we talking about lot of other projects/things to do like logistic, ai engineers staffing but somehow we miss it beucase you are occupied with lot of other stuff
4. This is classic problem that every agency owner faces, Once such client was RICKY. Its interesting how we moved with him, we began with project basis as you but in very similar way he got occupied. So now instead we work on monthly retainer basis, where he gives his monthly goals, connect us his team member and then throughout the month we do all updates and everything.
5. Is there somene in your team, who can be the kind of project/product owner and we take part in planning/execution.
